Pure Tropix has partnered with USPS to ship your orders safely and it a timely fashion. We ship within USA using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 3-7 business days depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in North Carolina. For international orders, we use APC Logistics. International shipping time is within 2-4 business weeks. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, Pure Tropix does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number Pure Tropix sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

International Customers: Pure Tropix ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". Pure Tropix does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. Q. How long does shipping take.
Product usually ships out within 4-5 business days. Due to pandemic, we are short-staffed. Orders leave our facility within 10-12 business days.

Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted

We do not under any circumstances ship to PO BOXES.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Pure Tropix.
In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.
