In addition, if you make a purchase at a designer boutique, restaurant, salon, or other similar service offered within a section of a Pure Tropix store that is leased by a third party) (each a "Boutique Service"), we and the Boutique Service may collect information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address and payment or gift card information, and their privacy policies govern their use of your information.
If you download one of our Apps, you may choose to permit the App to obtain your precise geolocation. In this case, we will determine your zip code from the precise location data received from your mobile device. We do not store precise location data; we only store the zip code associated with the location.
Information You Provide About a Third Party: If you send someone else a communication from the Services (such as sending a gift or virtual gift card), we may collect information such as that person's name, telephone number, email, and/or shipping address.

Q: What information does Pure Tropix share with others?
A: Pure Tropix will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Pure Tropix may share personal information we collect from and about you in the following ways:
Co-Marketing Partners: Certain areas of the Services may be provided to you in association with third parties, such as companies that provide products and services, rewards programs, conduct joint sales programs (such as our Boutique Services in our stores), sweepstakes, promotional campaigns, and other jointly sponsored events. Once logged in, you can view or update your name, address, telephone number or email address. Q: What choices do I have about receiving communications from Pure Tropix?
A: To receive promotional offers from the Pure Tropix Company family of affiliated companies, you can sign up on our Site or App or contact a Customer Service representative. If you register for an account or make a purchase, you will automatically receive promotional emails and direct mail from the Pure Tropix Company family of affiliated companies. We provide our customers with the opportunity to "opt out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to placement, processing, fulfillment or delivery of a product order. We provide you with the following options if you prefer to "opt out" of receiving information or materials that we think may be of interest to you:
Electronic Promotional Offers: At all times, you have the option of "opting out" of receiving promotional emails from the sender only by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of the promotional emails you receive. In addition, if you have an online account, you may change your email preferences regarding email from us by logging into the "Your Account" section of the Site or App.
Direct Mail Promotional Offers: If you would like to be removed from our Pure Tropix catalog mailing list, please contact a Customer Service representative by email to stop receiving paper catalogs.
Push Notifications: When you use the App, you may receive push notifications. If you prefer not to receive push notifications, you may adjust your settings on your mobile device to control whether you want to receive these alerts.
App Geolocation Information: When you use the App on your mobile device, you may choose not to share your geolocation information with us by adjusting the device's location service settings.

If you receive marketing communications from one or more companies within the Pure Tropix Company, you must opt-out individually from each of the companies from which you are receiving company-specific marketing communications.

A: Protecting children's privacy is important to us, and the Site and App are not intended for children under the age of thirteen. SECTION 10 - SHIPPING
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from PureTropix.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Pure Tropix does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.

By subscribing to Puretropix text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.
